Tina
Addorisio
Yoga Teacher (400 RYT)
Yoga and I found each other 6 years ago after many restless
nights. My first Hatha Yoga class changed my life and
now here I am expanding my knowledge and feeling a deep
desire to share it all with you. I have completed two-200
hour teacher training programs and many yoga workshops
including Classical Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Yoga for
Kids, Meditation Coaching, Chair Yoga for Seniors, and
Restorative Yoga. My Mission is to teach mindful yoga,
while reminding each individual of their essence. I
strive to inspire people to love themselves, as that
is where real great life begins. As you focus on your
breath, you are instantly experiencing the NOW and expanding
your awareness. When your body awareness expands, you
experience a shift. You shift from living in constant
survival mode to a balance of stillness and flow. Through
your practice of Yoga, you will experience feeling grounded
and spiritually connected. I want to share with you
the benefits of creating a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
Yoga is my passion and life's purpose. The energy behind
my passion shines out in my teaching as I teach from
the heart. Meet me on the mat and I'll guide you through
a beautiful journey inward. I look forward to sharing
with you! |
