ANATOMY TRAINS - MOVEMENT
In this course the Anatomy Trains map is applied
to movement modalities such as yoga, Pilates, dance, or personal
training.
All 11 myofascial meridians are described, built on to the
skeleton, and then applied to postural and movement patterns
via demonstrations,
stretches, exercises, and inner sensing – all relevant
to your personal or therapeutic work with movement.

STOTT PILATES INTENSIVE REFORMER COURSE
This course teaches how to
design and instruct Essential and Intermediate Reformer workouts
in private or group training settings
for a range of clients. You will learn effective use of the
reformer to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral
extremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance
and coordination; how to develop programs for personal and
group classes; Essential, Intermediate, Power workouts. Effective
communication and observational skills, verbal cueing and
imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation.
Modifications for specific body types, postural issues and
conditions; theory and practice of postural analysis.
Exercise layering related to effective program design122 exercises
plus multiple modifications.

BELLYFIT CERTIFICATION
Bellyfit Certification includes a structured class format,
choreography, exercises, postures, breathing techniques, teaching
methods, philosophies, Mudras and self empowerment techniques
that are essential for the success of these classes. Through
this weekend you will gain a better understanding of the subtle
energy body, health issues effecting women today. Bellyfit
incorporates Meditation and a Chakra-Infused Warm-up. The
main cardio component of Bellyfit includes simple cardio moves
inspired by Belly Dance, Bollywood, Bhangra and African Dance
that are all safe, effective and suitable for a group fitness
environment and guaranteed to give your participants an awesome
cardio workout! The program is complete with Pilates inspired
core exercises and Yoga inspired stretches that will allow
you to lead your participants into flowing flexibility, and
relaxed breath awareness. Participants will be encouraged
to lead portions of the class and one-on-one attention will
be given as much as possible and certificates of completion
will be given at the end of the course. The goal of this certfication
is to have you leave the BFIIT feeling supported, empowered
and inspired to lead clients through an incredibly fun, balanced
class that will give them tremendous health benefits and make
them want more and more.
